Our service area

Besides our main office in Sioux City, the Alzheimer's Association serves caregivers and families throughout Northwest Iowa through our branch offices and outreach sites, where our staff are available for consultation and support.

 

A not-for-profit, charitable, tax exempt organization, the Alzheimer's Association, Big Sioux Chapter serves the following counties (in Iowa unless otherwise noted):
